PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.Īs you are aware, Optionis recently experienced a cyber security incident and I want to thank you again for your patience over the past few weeks while we have been investigating the situation. I have done more admin work than they have. They are quick to take my money yet don't want to pay me. I have argued for them to waive my fees as this is a fault on their end but they ignored all my messages. I have been on their useless online chat since last year and emails chasing my payments. They then admitted call back list is so long, it's unlikely I will get a callback. I have sent them proof the agency have paid them and yet 6 months later, I am owed thousands! Their online chat representative was caught out on misinformation of lies and I quickly told them they were wrong. They love to blame other companies as in the agency etc but I have all email communication proof. Their teams are more like a call centre, no one has a clue and they try to flog you off to someone else. Prior to their Cyber attack, I have been missing payments. I have no idea, how they were voted as a good company. Please save yourself the headache of paying a premium £28.50 fee weekly for the worst umbrella company. I can’t underestimate how relieved I am to never have to deal with these people again. I’ve cut my role short and found a new position entirely due to the weekly stress of having to contact these people to sort out yet another issue. No experience, no processes, just winging absolutely everything. It genuinely feels like a group of people on the street got together and thought let’s do this. This does not feel like a genuine company who are subject to rules and regulations at all. I’ve saved many screenshots of their failings, not that they’re at all interested in feedback or trying to better themselves. No acknowledgment, no correspondence, no resolution offered. Why not raise a complaint you may wonder? I have. The managers are no exception to this - who offer call backs with no possible timeframe at all and emails with the exact same copy and paste responses you get on live chats. Unbelievably apathetic employees who are limited to copy and paste responses. I don’t know what the training process is for parasol employees is, but if you expect at least the bare minimum customer service, then please lower your expectations. With this company, it’s not only constant technical issues arising - their customer service lacks severely. Not only is my personal information possibly leaked, they’ve on more than one occasion ESTIMATED what I should be paid - this being much less than the correct amount. The way this company dealt with the earlier cyber attack was appalling. There has been a series of underpayments and miscommunications. I urge everyone to avoid this umbrella company, I cannot express enough how much stress I have been put though due to repeated, unnecessary complications. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with in my life.
